Digital transformation is whatever you want it to be

Thought you might be interested in this article, which highlights the need across industries to harness digital transformation to drive business outcomes. It is particularly interesting to note, however, that there seems to be no general consensus on how to approach such transformation.

Ross Mason, the founder of MuleSoft, states: "A lot of organizations are actively undertaking digital transformation initiatives. Value is delivered when consumers can access and build new value on top of them; in the enterprise, it is the same thing."
