Hello David,
What satisfaction level should you expect from your tech vendor?
When buying an IT solution or service, what satisfaction level should you expect? Sorry, but we’ve got some bad news. According to assigned Net Promoter Scores (NPS), a system that measures the likelihood of customers recommending a company with scores ranging from -100 to 100, tech vendors usually provide mediocre service quality. The average score is 30 points.
But there’s one tech brand that exceeds the industry average score by 2.4x. Can you guess? That’s right, Veeam® got 73 points. We just can’t keep silent about it. We’re proud to be among other highly-praised companies.
What do we do that’s so special to make our customers the happiest in the industry? And what level of quality can you expect from Veeam? Find out in this infographics post https://www.veeam.com/executive-blog/2017-customer-satisfaction-survey-results.html.
P.S. And don’t forget to ask your IT vendor about its NPS. Does it compare to Veeam’s?
Sincerely,
Veeam Team
