JTN Research announced its expansion from Europe to the Americas at Quirks NYC. They also debuted Field Detective, an internal solution to prevent survey fraud.
Field Detective is JTN Research’s in-house solution to ensure that our panel participants are the highest-quality survey respondents. If we're gathering additional feasibility and responses from sources outside our proprietary panels, we use Field Detective to avoid survey fraud, bots, artificial intelligence, and other dishonest practices. Its goal is to tackle the widespread issues of fraud and declining survey quality in the industry and simplify the overall survey process, saving time and budget.
This is especially true for quick turnarounds, tougher consumer recruits, or hard-to-get B2B studies that your other partners may need help reaching. Here is a link to our latest audience panel book, containing our recruitment methods and panel country breakdowns. These participants are only accessible through direct collaboration with JTN and are not available through APIs, DIYs, programmatic methods, or sample exchanges.
