The July 2020 ruling by the Court of Justice of the EU, referred to as "Schrems 2," invalidated the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, which is the framework that AlienVault previously used for the transfer of personal data between the EU and U.S.. AlienVault (now commonly referred to as AT&T Cybersecurity) now relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in our agreements to continue the transfer of personal data. Along with this change, effective January 15, 2021, AlienVault will be governed by the AT&T Communications Company Privacy Policy and the AT&T Business Customer GDPR Privacy Notice. You can review these documents at
att.com/privacy. This does not change the terms and conditions of your business contract. If you have any questions, please contact us at
privacypolicy@att.com, or AT&T Privacy Policy, Chief Privacy Office, 208 S. Akard, Room 2100, Dallas, TX 75202.
Thank you,
AT&T Cybersecurity
