I wish I could find an infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) provider that has data centers and network points of presence worldwide.

A true cloud computing provider that won’t gobble up my IT budget with wasted cost or frivolous SLAs.

They’d also have to offer value-added load-balancing services that provide high availability for applications and servers.

Oh and I’d have to insist that they provide secure remote access that allows admins to manage infrastructure on their respective network segments anytime, anywhere.

Sound like a decent wish list?

If you’re looking for the same or you’re a cloud provider who wants to know which company you’ll be trying to keep pace with next year, download and find out the unvarnished facts. (IBM sure did, and that’s why they bought this rock-star start up.)
